I am a lifelong visualist. We need the arts to experience the Poetic. The state of 'flow' is the problem solver of the psyche, the spirit's private eye.

Economics is only one driver of the new. Conscience is another. Small 1960s electric cars and modest 1970s passive solar homes faded away. An earth covered in forests is not enough to counter the danger.
